Cancellation Policy
At Openway AI Labs Private Limited, we strive to provide the best possible service to our clients. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel your project. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both parties involved.

How to Cancel
To cancel a project, please notify us in writing by sending an email to contact@openwayai.com with the subject line "Project Cancellation." Include your project details and the reason for cancellation. Cancellations will only be accepted if they are submitted in writing.

Cancellation Fees

  • Before Project Commencement: If you cancel the project before we commence any work, you will receive a full refund of any advance payments made.
  • After Project Commencement: If you cancel the project after we have started working on it, you will be billed for the work completed up to the point of cancellation. This amount will be deducted from your advance payment, and any remaining balance will be refunded to you.

Refund Policy
Our refund policy is designed to ensure transparency and satisfaction for our clients.

Full Refunds
You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • The project is canceled before any work has commenced.
  • The services provided do not meet the agreed-upon specifications or deliverables, and we are unable to rectify the issues.

Partial Refunds
You are eligible for a partial refund if:

  • The project is canceled after work has commenced but before completion. The refund amount will be calculated based on the work completed up to the point of cancellation.

No Refunds
No refunds will be provided in the following scenarios:

  • The project has been completed and delivered as per the agreed-upon specifications.
  • The client requests additional changes or revisions beyond the original scope of work without a new agreement.

Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of cancellation approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.
