Job Summary: As the Head of Growth, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to generate new business opportunities, increase revenue, and expand our client portfolio. You will work closely with the executive team to identify growth opportunities and create initiatives that drive the agency's long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Lead the agency's business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating leads, and converting prospects into clients.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy, including pricing strategies, client segmentation, and targeted outreach to meet revenue goals.
  • Client Acquisition: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, presenting the agency's capabilities, services, and value proposition effectively.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships that can drive growth and provide complementary services to clients.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform the agency's growth strategies.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Hire, train, and lead a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and targets and providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Proposal Development: Oversee the creation of winning proposals and pitches, ensuring they align with client needs and the agency's capabilities.
  • Revenue Forecasting: Monitor and report on key sales metrics, track progress toward revenue goals, and provide regular reports to the executive team.
  • Budget Management: Manage the sales and growth budget effectively, optimizing resources for maximum ROI.

Qualifications:
